Newborn sessions without a doubt take time and patience, with baby's safety being the top priority. Your sweet new baby is ever changing, and as a mother myself I know just how important these first portraits will mean to you. During your session, my promise to you is that your baby will be in the best care. I have many years of experience in pediatrics, and will use all of that to pose, comfort, and handle your newborn safely.

When is the right time to book our newborn session?
It’s never too early to get on my calendar for your session. I only schedule 2 newborns per week to allow flexibility between your due date and your baby's actual birth date. You will receive a tentative session date for your session at booking, based on your due date. Keep in mind, this date can change based on your baby's birth date. For this reason, it is important to get on my calendar sooner rather than later.
When will my newborn session take place?
Typically, newborn sessions occur within the first 2 weeks of your baby’s life. During this time, your baby will still be sleepy and able to be easily curled up in those adorable snuggled up poses! There's always exceptions, so that newborn window can be extended if needed.
Can I include family & sibling photos in my newborn session?
Yes! If you choose to include siblings in your session, we will do these at the beginning of your session. It is best to have a family member or friend bring your other little ones for the first 30 minutes of your session. This keeps the commotion to a minimum for your remaining time, so we can best ensure the sleepy baby poses of your baby individually.
Do you provide props and backdrops?
Yes! I have a large selection or props & backdrops at the studio, as well as hats, headbands, and rompers. You are also welcome to bring in something special from home to incorporate into your session. We'll work together before the session to plan your session themes and colors.
When will we receive our images?
Sneak peeks are available to you on social media within 48 hours of your session, and fully edited galleries delivered to you via an online gallery within just 2 weeks.

The best way to book is by sending me a message through the contact page. To secure your session/due date, all I need is your signed contract and retainer. I can't wait to meet you and your sweet baby!

Pricing
The studio newborn experience begins at $350.
On location options are also available for maternity, birth, fresh 48, and lifestyle newborn sessions.
